End user support services are key to ensuring the ongoing integrity of an integrated ERP system like Unit4. As the CIG user base grows, FMIS Support services also extends to cater for the needs of each deployed agency.  

FMIS Support provides a range of self help services for all CIG end users.  Users can save FMIS guides to their hard drive and customize these as required or view one of our many video tutorials. If further assistance is needed, email the team and one of our helpful FMIS analysts will assist.
